We accept Magellan, Yale Health, United Healthcare, Tricare, Harvard Pilgrim, Optum, Cigna, Aetna, Anthem, BCBS, Medicaid/Husky, and self-pay. We recommend calling the number on the back of your insurance card for your specific plan costs (copays, coinsurances, and deductibles).
